The complex is approximately 18 kilometers from Pisa, 65 kilometers from Florence, 85 kilometers from Siena and only 19 kilometers from the famous water front on the Versilia including Viareggio, Lido di Camaiore and Forte di Marmi.

Each apartment is 60 square meters and may house up to 5 persons. They include one king side bedroom, one single bedroom, sofa bed, fully functional kitchen and accessories, living and dining rooms as well as bath with shower. Included In the apartments you will find air conditioning, heat, television, hair dryer, washing machine, iron, ironing board and bed sheets and towels (changed once a week), and reserved parking space.
